About Shredeo
Shredeo is a European-built gym management platform made for independent gyms, boutique studios, and coaching spaces across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. We exist to give European operators software that actually fits how they work - not a US import with EUR tacked on at checkout.
Why we built Shredeo
The gym software available to European operators is stuck in the past. Most platforms are slow, hard to customize enough for a gym that wants its own identity, and ship mobile apps that feel a decade old. Analytics stop at the surface, data export is locked behind limited reports, and pricing is excessive for what you actually get.
Support is the other half of the problem. A surprising number of vendors let emails sit for weeks, and some never reply at all. Worse, when a member invokes their GDPR right and asks for their personal data, those same tools quietly ignore the request. That is not a technicality, it is a direct breach of European law that the gym owner ends up wearing.
We built Shredeo to change that. A platform that is fast, modern, and actually customizable. Analytics deep enough to tell you why March was weaker than February, with full CSV and PDF export you own. Real support that replies in hours, not weeks. GDPR handled properly, including data access and deletion requests honored on time. Pricing that does not punish you for growing. The goal is simple: the best tool available for European gym operators, built by people who know what running a gym actually looks like.
What we are building

- Scheduling and check-in: class calendar, booking rules, NFC badges, and QR check-in for the front desk.
- Clients and CRM: full member lifecycle from lead to renewal, with segments, notes, and attendance history.
- Payments and billing: SEPA direct debit, Stripe card payments, and PEPPOL-compliant e-invoicing for BE, FR, and NL.
- White-label mobile app: your logo, your colors, your branding - published under your own name on iOS and Android.
- AI assistance: verified dashboard actions for leads, bookings, payment reminders, reporting, exports and retention workflows.

Where we are based
Shredeo is headquartered in Belgium and serves independent gyms across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. All customer data is stored and processed in the European Union under GDPR. Our AI features use zero-retention providers, so your members' data is never used to train third-party models.
