Build the programme once

Drag exercises from a 500+ movement library or add your own. Set your reps, RPE, rest, tempo. Group blocks into supersets or circuits. Paste a YouTube link, a Vimeo embed, or upload your own demo - the app renders it inline so members never leave the workout screen.

Assign to one member or a whole group

Pick a member, pick a group, pick every intermediate lifter on a push-pull-legs split. One programme, bulk-assigned, with optional start-date offsets per member so you don't reset everyone to Week 1 on Monday morning.

Let progression run itself

Auto-increment rules add 2.5 kg on squats and 1.25 kg on accessories week over week. Scheduled deloads drop volume on week 4. Members hit a failure - the next session auto-suggests a back-off set. You review adherence in the dashboard and nudge the two members who skipped Thursday.

How big is the exercise library, and can I add my own movements?+
The library ships with 500+ exercises, each with a curated video demo, primary muscle group, equipment tag, and difficulty rating. You can add unlimited custom exercises with your own video, your own cues, and your own tags. If you need something we don't have - a niche gymnastics skill, a rehab variation, a sport-specific drill - you can request we add it to the shared library and it'll ship to every Shredeo gym within two weeks.
Can I assign the same programme to 20 members at once?+
Yes. Select members individually, pick a saved group (for example, your intermediate hypertrophy cohort), or filter by tag and assign in one action. Each member gets their own copy so you can tweak loads individually later without touching the master template. You can also stagger start dates so not everyone is on Week 1 Monday - useful when new members join a running 12-week block.
How does progression work - auto-increment, deload weeks, RPE-based?+
You set the logic. Linear progression adds a fixed load (2.5 kg squat, 1.25 kg bench) each week. Percentage-based progression scales off a tested 1RM. RPE-based progression only adds load if the member logged the previous session at or below your target RPE. Deload weeks are scheduled as blocks in the programme - week 4 drops to 60% volume automatically. You can mix all three across different lifts in the same plan.
What's the member app like - does it work without Wi-Fi?+
Members open the branded app, see today's session, tap play on the demo video, log weight and reps per set with a built-in rest timer, and mark the session complete. The app caches the current week's programme so workouts log fully offline - useful if your gym basement has no signal. When the phone reconnects, everything syncs to your dashboard. The app is yours, not ours: your logo, your colors, your App Store listing.
Can other coaches at my gym share templates with each other?+
Yes. Any programme saved as a template is visible to every coach at your gym by default, with permissions per role if you want to restrict it. The head coach can ship an approved library, new hires inherit it on day one, and nobody rewrites the 12-week strength block from memory. You can also keep personal drafts private until you're ready to promote them to the shared library.
I'm coming from TrueCoach, Trainerize, TrainHeroic, or another personal training platform - can I migrate?+
Yes. We import programmes, member assignments, and logged workout history from TrueCoach, Trainerize, TrainHeroic, and similar personal training platforms via CSV export where available. Coming from Excel or Google Sheets? We have a template that maps your columns to exercises, sets, reps, and load - one upload and your existing programmes are live. Migration is handled by our onboarding team during setup, not left to you.
