Revenue reporting
Track memberships, packs, invoices, shop sales, failed payments and revenue by offer.
Track revenue, attendance, packages, shop, clients, staff, classes, segments, forecasts and personal training from analytics designed to stay fast and fluid as your gym data grows. GymPulse highlights who needs attention: leads, inactive members, no-show patterns, expiring subscriptions and unpaid invoices.
Many gym dashboards show a few vanity numbers but still force the owner back into spreadsheets when the real question appears.
Shredeo analytics are positioned around decisions: what happened, who needs attention, where revenue is at risk and which reports need to leave the system.

GymPulse and segments surface leads, inactive members, repeated no-shows, expiring subscriptions and unpaid invoices so the team can act before the relationship is lost.
Shredeo runs on a modern, powerful technical foundation so your team keeps a smooth analytics experience even as history, attendance and revenue data grow.
Bookings, check-ins, payments, invoices, packages, shop activity and personal training data feed the reporting views from the workflows your team already uses.
Use domain views for financials, attendance, packages, shop, staff, classes, clients, retention segments and forecast scenarios.
Export CSV or Excel reports for internal review, accounting or deeper analysis, then use the same platform to contact segments or fix billing issues.
Use Shredeo analytics when the question is not just dashboards, but exportable reports that owners can act on every week.
Track memberships, packs, invoices, shop sales, failed payments and revenue by offer.
Read visits, class attendance, peak hours, no-shows and occupancy patterns from check-in data.
Spot inactive members, expiring subscriptions, usage drops and churn-risk segments.

The analytics page now covers practical operating questions: revenue movement, member attention, exports and daily reporting.
Revenue analytics should connect subscriptions, invoices, packages, shop activity and refunds so the owner can explain movement instead of rebuilding spreadsheets.
GymPulse, segments, inactive members, no-shows, expiring subscriptions and unpaid invoices turn reporting into a daily retention workflow.
CSV and Excel exports support accountant reviews, manager meetings and deeper analysis while keeping the main source of truth inside Shredeo.
Shredeo analytics combine business coverage, retention signals and exportable reporting for the decisions gym teams need every week.
Financial, packages, shop, clients, staff, classes, segments, forecast and personal training analytics give each business area a place.
Daily signals can highlight visits, bookings, birthdays, clients without subscriptions, leads, inactive members, repeated no-shows, expiring subscriptions and pending invoices.
CSV and Excel exports let the team share reports with accountants, managers or internal analysis workflows without copying numbers by hand.
Shredeo uses a modern, powerful technical foundation so the analytics experience can stay responsive, current and easy to use as data volume grows.
Nine core KPIs ship on day one: monthly recurring revenue (MRR), gross and net revenue, active members, new signups, churn rate, revenue per member, check-ins per day, week and month, class fill rate, and coach utilization. Each one has a date range picker and an automatic comparison to the previous period, so month-over-month or year-over-year deltas are there without building anything yourself. You also get attendance heatmaps by hour and day, peak-hour occupancy, and a retention cohort view.
Yes. You can save custom date ranges, custom filters by location, coach, plan, or member segment, and pin the views you check weekly to your own home tab. Fully custom metric formulas (for example, "average revenue per member who attended more than eight times last month") are on the roadmap for beta customers. If you need one today and it is not in the standard KPI list, tell us on the demo call and we will say honestly whether it is a one-week add or a quarter-long build.
Multi-site owners get one aggregate roll-up view that sums every location into a single set of KPIs, plus a drill-down view per site. You can compare Club A to Club B side by side on the same chart for any metric (MRR, churn, attendance, revenue per member). Permissions are per location, so a manager at one club sees only their numbers while the owner sees everything. There is no extra per-site setup. New locations appear in the roll-up automatically once you create them.
Operational events such as check-ins, bookings and payments feed the dashboard so teams can work from current activity. Heavier reporting areas such as MRR, churn and cohort analysis are handled in the background so the analytics experience stays fluid as history grows.
Charts and tables export to CSV or Excel where the reporting view supports export. Teams can use those files for accounting review, manager meetings or deeper spreadsheet analysis while keeping Shredeo as the operational source of truth.
Shredeo keeps full history from the day you start, with no rolling window and no archive tier. If you are migrating from Mindbody, Virtuagym, TeamUp, Resamania, or a spreadsheet, we import your historical members, subscriptions, invoices, and check-ins during onboarding so your first MRR and churn charts already show real trend, not a flat line. Some fields rarely migrate cleanly (old coach notes, custom tags, and free-form member comments) and we tell you upfront which ones before you switch, not after.
