Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Shredeo platform, mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). The Service is jointly provided by FDev, Rue du Mont Saint Aubert 21, 7540 Tournai, Belgium, VAT BE1034414433, and TLDev, Rue de Popuelles 4, 7760 Velaines, Belgium, VAT BE1034414334. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account; where applicable, a parent or legal guardian must give any consent required by law.

Shredeo provides software that helps gyms manage their operations and lets members access their gym services. Each gym is an independent operator and remains responsible for its own memberships, bookings, prices, refunds, house rules, sales terms and customer support. The Service includes:

• Mobile applications for gym members to book classes, view schedules, and manage memberships
• A management dashboard for gym operators to administer their business
• Payment processing for gym memberships, class credits, and shop purchases
• Community features including social posts, announcements, and messaging
• Fitness tracking including workout logging, attendance records, and progress monitoring

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify your gym or Shredeo immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Memberships, bookings, credits, wallet top-ups and shop purchases may be paid services offered by your gym. Your gym sets the price, payment, cancellation and refund rules and is the merchant for those transactions unless it expressly states otherwise. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers or other payment methods made available by the gym. Gym-specific sales terms apply to those purchases.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory in the community features
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to the platform's systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Shredeo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post to the platform, but grant Shredeo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

Shredeo provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shredeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Shredeo (not to your gym) in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may request deletion of your account through the app settings. Deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and may be subject to applicable legal, accounting and retention obligations. Shredeo may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, security reasons, maintenance or where required by law. Your gym may independently end or change your membership under its own terms.

Belgian law governs these Terms, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring a claim before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
