Seven Club Privacy Policy

FDev, Rue du Mont Saint Aubert 21, 7540 Tournai, Belgium, VAT BE1034414433, and TLDev, Rue de Popuelles 4, 7760 Velaines, Belgium, VAT BE1034414334, jointly provide the Shredeo platform, including Shredeo-branded services and white-label mobile applications. FDev and TLDev are joint controllers for platform, website and business-contact data. Each gym remains the controller for the personal data it collects about its members and prospects, including memberships, bookings, shop sales, refunds and its own communications; FDev and TLDev process that data on the gym's documented instructions as processors. White-label mobile applications covered by this policy include Seven Club (com.sevenclub.app), published on Google Play by Foucauld Delahaye and using Shredeo platform and account services.

Depending on the services used and the gym's configuration, the platform may process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: first name, last name, date of birth, gender
• Contact data: email address, phone number, physical address
• Health data: medical conditions (optional, provided voluntarily for workout safety)
• Financial data: payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Fitness data: workout logs, class attendance history, booking records
• Profile data: profile photograph, account preferences, language settings
• Technical data: device push notification tokens, app version, device type
• User-generated content: social posts, comments, and photos shared within the gym community

FDev and TLDev use platform and business-contact data to provide, secure and improve Shredeo, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. For member data, FDev and TLDev process data on behalf of the relevant gym to provide features such as account access, memberships, bookings, payments, communications, fitness tracking and reporting. The gym determines its own purposes and legal basis for that processing.

We use carefully selected service providers to operate the platform. They process data only as needed to provide their services and under appropriate contractual safeguards:

• Stripe: processes payment transactions when payment features are enabled. The relevant gym remains the merchant for its memberships, bookings and shop sales.
• Amazon Web Services / Amazon SES: supports the delivery of service emails when configured by a gym.
• Expo Push Notifications and Backblaze B2: deliver push notifications and store uploaded files such as profile pictures or documents.

FDev and TLDev retain platform and business-contact data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Member data is retained according to the relevant gym's instructions and applicable law. Account deletion may include a 30-day grace period; after that, data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is required for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Financial records may be retained for 7 years where Belgian accounting law requires it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication, separation between gym workspaces, granular access controls and controls for sensitive data. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights. For data controlled by a gym, please contact that gym first; FDev and TLDev will assist the gym where required:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data via your profile settings
• Right to erasure: delete your account and all associated personal data through the in-app account deletion feature
• Right to data portability: request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object: opt out of push notifications at any time through the app or device settings

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email where appropriate. The "Last updated" date indicates when it was last revised.
